Deleting your account and data

How to delete your Xamally account and the data that goes with it, from the app or by email.

1. Open Settings in the app.
2. Under “Your data”, tap “Delete all my data” and confirm.
3. The data on your phone, your cloud backup, the photos and videos you uploaded and your account are deleted.

If you can’t open the app, email us from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”; we delete your account and backup within 30 days.

What is not deleted: Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep the record of your purchases, as billing and the law require. Anonymous usage data and optional survey answers are never linked to you, so they can’t be found or deleted. Nothing else is kept.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
